Latest News - 2008 Welcome to 2008 and all of us at Driver Skills Australia wish you a safe and enjoyable one! 2007 was a tragedy for many families with a total of 1,611 fatalities recorded in Australia. That's over 4 deaths on the road every day of the week - and its the many families and friends that are left behind that feel the real effect of this statistic. Please remember to drive safely for you, your family, friends and all other road users - lets make an effort when it counts - some tips to help you become a safer driver include - Don't drive tired - Rest and don't push your luck. Don't drive too fast for the road conditions. Plan your drive - Even if its just to the shops and back - think first before turning the key. Many people are killed in tragic accidents within a few km's from their own home. Beware of other road users - being safe is not enough - don't trust the lights or stop sign - check first and drive defensively to protect yourself and your passengers. WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT!
DSA welcome Carlie Wiggins to the team as office manager. Carlie will be handling bookings and office administration. Carlie can be contacted on our new 1300 880 956 number. DSA will have a new home for training in Perth this year and will have more regular courses scheduled to support the increased demand for training. Regular courses will also be provided in Kalgoorlie and corporate/group training is available Australia wide or overseas as required. A new service for mining companies is available. This includes training and/or assessment of drivers for LV tickets, Cat AD40/AD55 and 775 Operations both on surface and underground with experienced operator and trainer Mark Butcher. DSA welcome your driver training enquiry from young drivers to corporate training, mine-site training and even security and stunt driving! Please drive safely! The team at DSA.

Yes - DSA and MB Motorsport have a 100% safety record and have insurance to provide all driver training and timed driving events. Yes - We can provide nationally accredited driver training thru our training partner MOXI skill and learning. Yes - We can provide vehicles (at additional cost). Yes - DSA are authorised by the DPI (WA) to provide this training to learner drivers. No - You won't damage your vehicle or flat spot your tyres at a DSA course.
